Ever since I wrote a nine (9) page persuasive essay for Geoff about why we needed a dog, (and why we'd be really good at being dog parents), we've been trying to pull some strings. As in, Geoff made some calls to the ole landlord, and got rejected. We decided we weren't going to take that, and started eagerly looking for houses of our own.
We found one darling gilbert home, (well, kelli & dan did- thanks!) and put an offer on it almost immediately. we are now anxiously waiting for the bank to call back, but since then we've visited ikea, american home, anthropologie, home depot, and much much more. not to mention the meetings we've had with tile ripper-outers, wood-floor layers, great painters (Lang Painting!), etc.
This is becoming quite the expensive puppy..

Can we formally request a copy of the entire essay? And we so hope you get a positive answer back from the bank soon. And FYI Home Depot's EXPO store is going out of business! :o)

Gilbert you say?? Some nights it smells like your face got shoved in a baby cow's rotten diaper, but we make up for it in Target stores 5 miles in any direction ;)

oh my gosh, you guys could rent our house and we have a huge backyard for any dog that you want. No HOA and a pretty cute house with 3 bedrooms to stay....just sayin'-ashley
I think the fact you did a 10 page report is awesome. You building a FORT, even MORE AWESOME. GOOD LUCK with your house buying, thats a fun thing to do...The decorating I mean.
Why is nobody adressing the fact that Stacie already has a dog! Did something happen to Addie (other than her being abandoned by Stacie??!)
