ivy does legitimate "that's funny" smiles now! ivy's actually the funny one though, she'll smile really big until i whip out the camera, then the jokes on me. so until that gets old for her, you'll have to settle for her smirks.
Ruby does the same thing, even at 5 months. She is so mesmerized by the camera, video camera, phones, pretty much anything electric you put in front of her that the second she sees it she stops smiling or laughing or whatever cute she was doing. I've become pro at taping and taking pictures from the side where she can't see me! Ivy is so cute!

Yea! Motherhood improves so much once they can smile at you! She is right on track. What a cutie!
