This is what we call "movie spit up". It's when ivy spits up like the babies do in the movies. The only qualification for her spit up to be considered "movie spit up" is that it has to land in your mouth and require a shower afterwards. We're considering getting the girl an agent.

hahah this is great. As a mother of a son who had acid reflux, I understand all too well your woes. Believe me I never wore anything nice for a few months, as I knew it would just get spit up on and I would be changing clothes anyway!!!

when i was a nanny a baby i was holding spit up totally into my mouth (at peter piper pizza no less) and i threw up everywhere right on the spot.

Our Jacob did this for months...right in Daddy's beard. Then he outgrew it, to cheers from all our friends. Except for one truly epic spray at Thanksgiving, causing a mighty hush to fall over the crowd. He missed the table and the turkey by about six inches. Whew!
She is now in the running with the movie spit up baby from Willow who I believe spits up all over Burblecut

it happened to me once, many years ago when i worked in an infant room at a daycare. some of it got in my mouth though, ick ;) haha!
