13-14 months.

I know I've probably said this at every age and will continue to do so, but this time I'm for real, Ivy is at the funnest, sweetest age ever. Geoff and I have agreed that 13 months is where it's at. These past couple weeks our stomachs and cheeks have constantly been aching from laughing so hard. A few quick little things about Ivy at this age that I never want to forget.

-She's a ham. There's no other word for her. She can be throwing a fit in the grocery store but as soon as a stranger strolls by she strikes (and holds) this pose till they notice. When they notice, she cuts to act II where she then waves and dances. It's pretty hilarious for said passerby, but extra hilarious for me.

-She is innately sweet and loves to blow kisses and give hugs and smooches when she feels she has the time (she's a very busy girl). It melts our hearts every time.

-Like I said, she's very busy. If she's not yelling to get out of her highchair or car seat after one minute we think something may be wrong with her. She always wants to be moving and is constantly cruising around the house crossing things off her to do list. (unrolling toilet paper rolls, trying to figure out the baby locks, and hiding remotes and shoes- I told you the girl has a rigorous schedule.) I gotta say, It's nice to have someone else in the house with as much energy as Geoff.

-She loves to dance and will find any sound or noise an excuse to do so; commercials, Catchphrase timer, microwave, or when the alarm clock or phone rings. You name it she'll dance to it.

-She is starting to play better with her boy cuzzies and I love it. If they used to so much as look at her the wrong way 'the siren would ring'. These past couple weeks she's been trying to keep up with the wrestles and trampoline launches and hugs (tackles), go V!

I could go on and on, but basically she makes us really proud and really happy everyday. We love you Veevers- stay funny and sweet forever! :)
