faking fall.

110 degrees or not, I just can't resist making soup for dinner. It's simple, it's healthy, and it makes for the best lunch leftovers. I definitely try to cut back on making soup throughout the Summers, but I made a big pot of this black&white chili the other night and it got me so excited for cooler weather! What are some of your favorite recipes for Fall?
